The goals of our sessions are to get to the root of your physical symptoms or injury and to decrease pain and inflammation. We will focus on improving your mobility while correcting any dysfunctions. Our sessions will help you develop greater body awareness through movement, touch, and breath. You will ultimately learn how to connect with your body’s innate ability to heal itself.
