Breast Cancer / BRCA

Facing a diagnosis of breast cancer is a difficult time both physically and emotionally. It is so important to have proper guidance and support. I am passionate about creating a safe space for women to learn about their surgery, to understand their healing process , and to reconnect with their body.

Musculoskeletal Issues
& Orthopedic Injuries

Musculoskeletal pain and restriction can occur after an injury or as an “over time process” that occurs due to postural strain and muscle imbalance in the body. My work focuses on fascia, the foundation of the body, and promotes restoring balance to the system.

I’m passionate about helping my patients overcome their fear of pain and movement by teaching them what is needed to support their healing. -Amy Koslowsky, MSPT

Session Options

Phone Consultation

Phone consultations allow you to discuss your concerns, learn about the anatomy involved in your surgery, and give you an understanding of what to expect in your recovery process. I also offer resources to support your healing process.

Virtual

Virtual sessions are offered via Zoom. They are quite beneficial in helping you develop body awareness and empower you to get underneath the restrictions in your own body. I offer different tools to help you learn how to integrate self care and movement into your daily life.

In-Person

Prior to in-person sessions, we will connect for a primary phone consultation to discuss what to expect for the duration of your treatment. The benefit in-person treatments is that you will receive hands-on work to bring awareness to your body and ease your discomfort.
